Nothing kills a marketing budget faster than targeting the wrong people, not understanding dental consumer personas, and not having proper messaging for each persona.

Mark Dilatush, CEO New Patients, Inc
Dentists want trustworthy, understandable, actionable, business knowledge.
Mr. Dilatush’s style is to deliver the basics first, in a fun, audience participation format. This finds common ground among audience members. Then, from this common ground, he elevates the entire room! This is true for all the programs.
In the 1990’s working with Dentsply/Infosoft, he traveled the country teaching advanced practice management and automation to various dental associations, study clubs, and user groups. This is where he discovered how he had to organize presentations to teach dentists about business (rather than clinical).
In the early 2000’s he toured the country with the late Sally Mckenzie (McKenzie Management). From the CDA South in Anaheim to the South Carolina Dental Association, dentists and teams benefitted from his fun, logical, sequential delivery.
Now, as CEO of New Patients Inc, he possesses a very rare combination of expertise in automated dental business processes, human dental processes, dental business analytics, advanced practice management principles, dental consumer analytics, and dental marketing automation/analytics.
He understands being a dentist is NOT easy. Mr. Dilatush’s passion is to make owning/running the practice more efficient, more effective, and less stressful for all his audiences.
